By accessing and using MilestoneGenerator.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. License & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the milestone content, metrics, images, and text you input into MilestoneGenerator.com. Graphics generated through the free tier include a standard watermark attribution. Paid tiers grant you a perpetual, royalty-free, commercial license to use and publish exported watermark-free graphics anywhere on the web or in print.
3. Payments, Refunds & Credits
All payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments and Stripe. One-time export passes and lifetime unlocks grant immediate access to watermark-free graphics. Due to the digital nature of instant graphic unlocks, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MilestoneGenerator.com to generate misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or abusive milestone badges or certificates. We reserve the right to revoke access to users who violate these principles.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MilestoneGenerator.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
